Private Cloud

A Private Cloud, also known as an Internal Cloud or Enterprise Cloud, is a type of Cloud Computing that offers similar advantages as does the Public Cloud (self-service, scalability, provision of machines, creation of multiple machines, etc.) but through a proprietary architecture reserved for a limited number of users.  Thanks to internal hosting and company firewalls, the level of security and confidentiality is superior to that of a Public Cloud. Moreover, the Private Cloud allows the company to have direct control over its data.
