To simplify Cloud and Telecoms, we also need to be able to explain them clearly and concisely. Find the definition of the most common terms used in our business.
CTI
Computer-telephony integration. Refers to a plug-in installed on a workstation that allows the computer to react according to parameters set by the administrator during a call. For each call, the administrator can program a different reaction from his workstation. For example, a sales representative can program a customer master record to be uploaded to his workstation when the customer calls.
