To simplify Cloud and Telecoms, we also need to be able to explain them clearly and concisely. Find the definition of the most common terms used in our business.
Call Center
It is a platform for managing the distribution and transmission of calls through a large number of criteria (qualification of callers via an IVR, caller recognition, interfacing with a database or coupling computer telephony with a CRM / ERP tool) in order to optimise it on skill queues to which agents are attached. The call centre also has real-time supervision tools as well as a posteriori analysis and statistics.
