To simplify Cloud and Telecoms, we also need to be able to explain them clearly and concisely. Find the definition of the most common terms used in our business.
Asymmetrical bandwidth
Means that the download speed is higher or lower than the upload speed. In concrete terms, the bandwidth allocated for downloading is greater than the bandwidth allocated for uploading. For example, a very high-speed VDSL access connection reaches 100 MB/s in download and 40 MB/s in upload.
